About Share The Journey
In 2018, we, along with the rest of the nation, watched as events affecting immigrants and refugees unfolded before our very eyes. As families were looking for asylum, longing for safety and security, we watched the heart-wrenching images of refugee children and their families being separated and detained. We wanted to respond to this crisis, to help make things better, but what could we do that would make a difference? It was then that Bobby Fisher and a group of fellow musicians came together and put on the first SHARE THE JOURNEY – A CONCERT FOR COMPASSION, raising money to help organizations working with refugees and immigrants at our borders and in our communities.
THE NEED IS EVEN GREATER TODAY!
